Highlight the skills you can bring to a job quickly and clearly. All are welcome to join this class. People who have nontraditional career paths or backgrounds, who may struggle to get a foot in the door with employers who use traditional job posting requirements like degrees, certain previous job titles, and other proxies for skills.

This Negotiation training workshop provides a comprehensive introduction to negotiation. Students will learn how to use analytical tools and different social techniques to successfully represent one’s interests in every negotiation.

This course assumes students have no prior knowledge about accounting or finance, and delivers lessons and examples to build accounting skills. Specifically, this class addresses accounting terminology, revenue, expenses, net income, the accounting equation, debits, credits, and balancing the accounting formula,

Conducting five one-hour sessions, in which we will focus on your resume, your cover letter, and your interview style. Depending on your preference, we could interview you in person, by phone, or virtually (out-of-state). Exploring what type of volunteer/pro-bono opportunity might be best to help you leverage your for-profit experience
