K.Nicole grew up in Prince George’s County and still resides in the DMV area. She has an extensive background as a government financial consultant. She began her career as admin personnel in 2010 in banking as a teller. By 2012 she grew to work with the federal government. K. Nicole has worked with some of the top government agencies like the Department of Homeland Security, the Department of Interior, and The Department of Defense, to name a few.
She is now a private Strategic Financial Consultant for local businesses and government agencies throughout the district. She realized early that her culture is not informed about economic improvement in the workforce. Through her career journey, she saw that companies do not pay our communities what they are worth. So, she was determined to design ways to increase her income and get closer to financial freedom by changing specific lifestyle habits. In 2017 she continued to increase her income by 25K in less than a year by using special techniques she’s created to stand out and generate a foundation for success. She encourages others to get paid for the knowledge that they have acquired and not be shy and ask for top-dollar prices when accepting job offers. Because of Kamille's background she is interested in offering services like Pay Negotiations and resume Building to support the communities to become financially independent.

Kamille founded the Non-Profit Young Mothers, Inc. due to her own challenges of being a young mom and has grown her organization from 2 volunteers to over 20, virtually over 9 years.A small organization strives to provide 1000 young moms a year with resources to become self-sufficient. youngmothersinc.org
